How to Get a Reserved Table for Every Bears Game in St. Charles

Simple EJ’s is releasing 25 Season Tables for the 2026 Bears season. All 17 games. Same table, every week, held for you. And from September 1 they are the only held seats in the building. Here is exactly what it costs and the math on whether it is worth it.

2026 Bears Season · 17 Games

Every football season has the same 20 minutes in it. You get to the restaurant at 11:40 for a noon kick, and the place is already three deep, and somebody in your group is doing the slow lap looking for four seats together while the anthem plays. The Season Table Program at Simple EJ’s exists to delete those 20 minutes for 17 straight games.

A Season Table is a reserved four top at Simple EJ’s Kitchen & Tap in St. Charles that is held in your name for all 17 Chicago Bears games on the 2026 schedule. It is the closest thing a sports restaurant has to season tickets. You are not booking week to week and you are not gambling on a walk in. The same table is yours from the September opener through the January finale, and it comes with a $50 credit, a wing platter, and a swag drop every single game week.

Simple EJ’s is releasing exactly 25 of them. That is the whole program.

No. Starting September 1, 2026, Simple EJ’s Kitchen & Tap in St. Charles is walk in and waitlist only. There is no booking a table in advance for a Bears game. What you can do is join the waitlist before you leave the house, so your name is already in the queue when you walk through the door. You get texted when your table is ready.

That is exactly what makes a Season Table worth something. It is the only seat in the building that is held for you on a game day. Everybody else, every single week, is standing at the host stand with the rest of the room.

Read that twice if you are on the fence: after September 1 there is no reservation to fall back on. The 25 Season Tables are the entire supply of guaranteed game day seating at Simple EJ’s for the 2026 season.

Wings, every game

Season Tables hold the best sightlines in the room. The wing platter arrives fifteen minutes before every kickoff, without anyone ordering it.

Each Season Table at Simple EJ’s holds six people: four in reserved seats at the table itself, plus two standing room lanyards for the friends who were always going to stand anyway. The four seats are the ones that are physically held for you. The two lanyards get their holders into the room and into your group without a wait.

The $50 weekly credit is a straight $50 off your bill at every one of the 17 games in the Season Table Program. It applies to food or drinks, your table decides. Two rules on it: it is per game, and it does not carry over. Skip a game and that week’s $50 is gone. Spend $180 on a Sunday and $50 of it disappears off the check.

Fifteen minutes before every kickoff, a scratch kitchen wing platter lands on your Season Table at Simple EJ’s. You do not order it and you do not ask for it. It shows up while everyone is still arguing about the starting lineup, which is the correct time for wings to arrive.

It comes out of the same scratch kitchen as everything else on our menu, which is the part of Simple EJ’s people do not expect from a room with a 22 foot LED wall in it.

“Season tickets get you a seat. We wanted to build the version where you also get fed, get taken care of, and get your table back next year.”

The Simple EJ’s Season Table Program covers 17 Chicago Bears games, from Sunday September 13, 2026 through Sunday January 10, 2027. Every game on the Bears regular season schedule is in. Week 10 is the bye, and that is the only week without one.

Week 10 is the Bears bye, which is why the program is 17 games and not 18. Kickoff times follow the NFL schedule and can move under flexible scheduling, so check the Simple EJ’s events calendar the week of the game.

Yes, both. Simple EJ’s Kitchen & Tap in St. Charles is open on Thanksgiving and on Christmas, and both holidays have a Bears game on them this season. Week 12 is the Bears at Detroit on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 26, on CBS. Week 16 is Green Bay at Chicago on Christmas Day, Friday December 25, on Netflix.

That Christmas game is the one to circle. A home game against the Packers, on Christmas, streaming on Netflix, which means a lot of people will not have it on whatever they normally watch football on. We will. Plenty of places in the Fox Valley lock the doors both days. Our kitchen is running and the 22 foot LED wall is on.

Season Tables at Simple EJ’s occupy the best sightlines to the 22 foot LED wall. That is the whole point of reserving them in advance. On a big Sunday, those are the seats the room fills up fighting over, and by the time the wall lights up they are already spoken for.

Season Table holders at Simple EJ’s can transfer their table for a given week. Weekly transfers are accepted with notice to EJ’s management, so if you are out of town for the Week 6 trip to Atlanta, your brother in law can have it. What you cannot do is bank the week. The $50 credit and the wing platter belong to that game, not to your account.

One rule, and it is the only one that matters: a Season Table holder must be present 30 minutes before kickoff or the table opens to walk ins. On a full Sunday at Simple EJ’s, an empty reserved four top in the best part of the room is a real cost to everybody else standing up. Thirty minutes is the grace period. After that, the table goes back into play for that game.

Good to know: Simple EJ’s is family friendly by default and stays that way until 8pm every day. Early kicks and 3:25 games are entirely reasonable places to bring the kids, and there is a real kids menu. After 8pm the room gets curated for grown ups, which mostly affects the Sunday and Monday night games on the schedule above.

Season Table holders at Simple EJ’s get first dibs on playoff and Super Bowl watch party packages before those go on sale to anyone else. The regular season program covers the 17 games listed above. Playoff and Super Bowl events are packaged separately, and table holders get the first look at them.

Yes. Every Season Table at Simple EJ’s comes with first right of refusal on that exact table for the following season. If you hold table 12 this year and you want table 12 next year, it is yours before it is offered to anybody else. That matters more in year two than it does today, which is the honest reason to buy in year one.

25 Tables. 17 Games.

Then the room belongs to whoever got there first.

A Season Table at Simple EJ’s is the right pick for a group that watches most of the season together and is tired of coordinating it: a fantasy league, a set of neighbors, a crew from work, a father and his adult kids, or a business that wants a standing Sunday for clients. The value is not really the $50, it is that nobody in the group has to be the person who arrives at 11:20 to hold seats.

It is the wrong pick if you catch three or four games a year, if your Sundays are unpredictable, or if you are usually a party of two. Getting on the waitlist costs nothing, and a party of two gets seated far faster than a party of six.
